Wow, I can't believe months have passed since I last posted.
We have spent the last months getting re-aqainted with normal life and we have made some wonderful memories. And since I wanted this blog to be a journal for me I may try and recap sometime soon....But today is another big day for our family....Christian will be moving into the dorm and he will begin a new chapter in his life. We are so thrilled that he is in re-mission and that he is healthy enough to live in a dorm( that's not to say I haven't already shed some tears.)I'm sure the rest of the day will be filled with many more!!!

Warp Speed
That's how I would describe what our life has been like this past month. I'm not complaining....It is great to be home and not living at the Children's Hospital!
So, here are some of the fun things we have been up to lately:)
Christian's surprise Make-A-Wish reveal at PF Chang's.
We had a lot of fun!!!
Christian received his wish for a snowboarding adventure in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
WooHoo!!!!!
Wil and G.C did an awesome job on Christian's wish and we appreciate their hard work to make this happen for Christian!
Kelly having fun in the snow!
Christian was also chosen to be Boy of theYear 2010 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We attended the kick-off reception at Cabana's in Nashville. It is a really neat place and the owner's 9 year old daughter is also a cancer survivor. I think some doctor's may be playing match maker because the Girl of the Year is an absolute doll!!!!
Well, I'm off to do laundry we leave Monday!!!

Merry Christmas/Happy New Year
We had a really great Christmas with our families this year! What a difference a year makes. Last year we were waiting for Christian's Bone Marrow transplant. We had a great time just being together because we knew just how blessed we were to all be together!!
Christmas day with my brother, sister in-law, sister and nieces.
Twilight poster!
The week went by way to quickly for me but so glad we were able to make some more Christmas memories! (Thanks to God and Christian's Donor!!!!)
New Year's Eve was spent with friends playing mexican train and catch phrase, then praying in the New Year (something we have been doing with the same friends for some years now, after missing last year it was great to be back with them.) No pictures, I forgot my camera.
We know how blessed we are to have this time together and we know we could not have made it through this past year without our family and friends. We love and appreciate you all and all that you have done for us this past year!
With our make-a-wish trip coming up soon we are all looking forward to 2010!
